Earlsmere’s flagship software brand, Toolminder, redefines the way industry assets are tracked, inspected, tested and alerted.

Ideal for any industry, Toolminder allows industries to streamline their health and safety compliance in areas such as

Hand Arm and Whole body Vibration, Noise Levels, Weights, Dust Extraction, PPE, PAT Testing, LOLER inspections.

Toolminder also allows you to trace the usage of all your assets, such as power tools, consumables,  lifting equipment, PPE, access platforms, vehicles, spare parts, hand tools and other generic equipment.

We tailor our software around your company’s needs with two versions of Toolminder currently available. Our Standard package allows you to store PAT testing information

whilst our Professional package includes HAV testing and tracking.

Combine TOOLMINDER with a PAT tester and/or HAVmeter and you have everything your company needs to adhere to PAT and vibration health and safety legislation.

Each asset can be tracked to give information on its daily usage, who uses it, locations and conditions.

You can also add further information on PAT and HAV testing schedules and maintenance, allowing TOOLMINDER to automatically alert you when these tests are due.

All of this information can be viewed on easy to read reports and graphs, taking much of the hassle out of health and safety auditing.
